After putting on a show Saturday night, May 18, 2019, at the 191 Toole venue in Tucson, a few artists gathered outside and decided they weren’t done. One by one, each artist took a turn to freestyle or just share lyrics from the vault.
Jalopy Bungus, Tommy Will, $lim, Kapo Bravado, Snottyman, Lil Dustmop, and Aske all shared a few bars on camera. It was a nonstop, one after another, old school hip hop type session. The best part about it, everyone showed each other respect and support.
It’s rare that you get the opportunity to see Arizona’s hip hop artists from both Tucson and Phoenix perform live in one place. It’s even less common that you get to see them participate in free flowing fashion like this. Make sure to check out the video above and enjoy the experience!
