Reece is back with another track release titled Boy, Don’t Cry. This is the third single dropped this year from the Virginia native who was previously featured here for the release of Last Time. This single, however, is special due to it being the first song acknowledging his sexuality. Boy, Don’t Cry is available to stream on Apple Music and Spotify.
Many individuals find it hard to reveal their sexuality to their friends and family. As an artist, Reece made the decision to reveal his truth through music to his fans as well. In his own words, “…while terrifying, its something I felt I had to do.” With the release of his new song, Reece has also taken the opportunity to donate all of the earnings to The Center For Black Equity in order to honor both the Black Lives Matter movement and the LGBTQ+ community. With this gesture, Reece highlights and reminds others that June is Pride month. “I wanted to support a charity benefiting both Fritos at once.”
