Broward County artist, Scary Potter, releases a new track titled No Cake, now available on Apple Music and Spotify. The new song is an upbeat song packed with a lot of bass, which for me was enough for me to win me over with its catchy bounce. The song doesn’t last too long, which is a bit of a down side, but that’s what the repeat or loop option is for.
Being of Colombian descent, Scary Potter has been exposed to many different genres of music such as salsa, merengue, and hip hop from the age of 6. This has been a major influence when it comes to sampling different music like the sounds heard in No Cake. For now, I’m enjoying the new release but definitely looking forward to more music from Scary Potter in the near future.
