Los Angeles artist, Westside Blanco, recently released his latest single titled RN vs. HN (aka Real Niggas vs. Hoe Niggas). The track was included in Blanco’s 3rd EP titled Rise To Power, recently released on October 31, 2020. The song highlights the difference between two types of men. One of which has the characteristic many would prefer those in their circle to have. Characteristics you would deem to be most valuable such as being loyal, honest to those in your circle, and motivating your brothers to be and do better. The other type described is the complete opposite. The song may seem simple, but it is something that we have all thought about. Knowing the difference between the two allows you to be aware with and avoid the second version.
RN vs. HN is a nod by Blanco to Jay-Z’s Bitches & Sistas, a track from The Blueprint 2: The Gift & the Curse released back in 2002. The tribute from Blanco is not a record which is made for the radio or to hype up and club crowd, but it is made for the ear of a true hip hop head.
