Landlords have just lost another battle in an attempt to begin evicting tenants who have been unable to pay their rent due to the pandemic. The United States Supreme Court recently denied a request to block a federal moratorium on evictions which landlords argue is an overreach by the CDC. Although I understand the landlords’ argument, I’m glad tenants are getting a bit more time to get things in order and delay another headache stemming from the pandemic. Tell me though, what do you think?
