There aren’t many hip hop artists who can say they’ve contributed to the game the way Jay-Z has since his debut in the 90’s. 14 No. 1 albums. Most Grammy nominations. Most Grammy wins. Over 125 million records sold. His resume is undoubtedly unmatched.
If that isn’t enough to show appreciation to one of the greats, if not the GOAT, today is Jay-Z’s birthday. This occasion has many on social media highlighting stories, verses, songs, and videos which feature the New York artist. Well, I couldn’t just sit on the sidelines. I decided the way that I would show my appreciation on Jay-Z’s 52nd birthday is to create a playlist of 52 of my favorite songs of all time.
