It looks like Mike Tyson is in the clear regarding criminal charges for an incident taking place around 4/20/2022 involving an annoying passenger and, eventually, Mike Tyson’s fist. It was announced earlier today by the San Mateo County District Attorney, Stephen Wagstaffe. This does not mean the passenger cannot pursue a civil suit against Mike Tyson, but at least this does not result in being deemed a criminal act.
The district attorney stated considered the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mike Tyson and the passenger, and the requests from both parties that no charges be filed. Do you agree with the D.A. regarding his decision to forego charges?
