We are almost to the weekend already! Thanks to the three day Memorial Day weekend last week, we had a workday lifted for us. A new weekend means a new opportunity to listen to new music.
To get the weekend started early, we bring you something new from the Washington, D.C. area. A group named XIIDC, who started as just an art studio, has evolved into more of a collective that develops and showcases up and coming artists. They’ve recently released a new single, 3 Ninjas, featuring Typhanie & Co., Artshow, and Spell the Three. The song has an Asian influence or sample throughout which is bolstered by a nice bass (if you know the name of the genre of music sampled, please let us know). The sound all together, including the deliveries from each of the artists, makes this a must add for your musical rotation. You have to check it out!
