Devin Booker pours in 36 in losing effort, Lakers beat Suns 100-93

It’s not 10 years ago when Kobe & Steve Nash were battling for MVP and the Lakers and Suns were vying for NBA supremacy. No, those days are long gone. Now we have the fresh face Devin Booker led Phoenix Suns with the even fresher faces Lonzo Ball leading the Lakers in his rookie season, although he still can’t seem to find his shot, he continues to find ways to be effective. This was not his night with 7 points, 5 assist and 5 rebounds. The Lakers however, had 5 players in double figures with Jordan Clarkson coming off the bench pouring in 25 points. Devin Booker led the Suns with 36 and kept the game close before the Lakers turned an 81-81 tie into a 91-83 lead on a 10-2 burst after that the Suns never got within two possessions and faded down the stretch. The Lakers are now 2-0 against the Phoenix Suns this season. Check out the highlights here.
